Bus 421
At the next bus stop a young man gets on and asks
if he can buy a ticket on board. Oh no, young man, you buy tickets
in the periptero, our driver says, you cannot buy tickets on the
bus, young man! But what to do, we cannot leave you here, now that
you have already boarded the bus.
He takes the microphone and asks if, per
chance, a passenger can help the poor young man to get a ticket,
so that he can stay onboard and to get where he wants to go. At
once a man offers him a ticket and the young man is relieved, he
takes the ticket and puts it in the automat. Thank you, kale, the
driver says happily, for helping a fellow human being! And you,
young man, don´t forget next time to buy your ticket in a
periptero and don´t forget, I tell you, to say thank you to
this generous man, an example of a human being.
